If you phone, we are often out of the office working on-site so make sure you leave your number and preferred time to be called.

2. We will answer your questions and arrange a convenient time (even evenings or weekends) for an on-site consultation. It's easier for us to get a feel for your project if we can see the area(s) and spend some time getting to know your styles and tastes.
Discussing your budget early on is essential because we can begin the design process on-site with you to get the maximum results within your budget. A larger budget doesn't mean we charge you more; a larger budget means you can get a more elaborate mural, a fancier faux finish, an extra room painted or of course have money left in your pocket.
3. We send you a quote by your preferred method. If the project is larger and entails multiple services we can break down the quote so you can see what each individual service costs. You contact us with the approval and we schedule a starting date.
